1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CircleBook platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and API consumers.

2. Service Description

CircleBook provides automated transaction reconciliation, exception management, and financial operations tooling. The platform includes a rules engine, AI-powered investigation agents, audit logging, and integrations with third-party financial services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. Administrators are responsible for managing team member access and permissions.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the reconciliation service and do not sell it to third parties.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers receive specific SLA commitments as defined in their agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

CircleBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
